Welcome! I'm so glad you reached out to seek support either for yourself or a loved one. Acknowledging that you don't have to figure out everything on your own is often the first step towards healing and empowerment. Thank you for taking this leap of faith and I'm honored that you are considering me to be your partner in this journey of self-discovery, wellness and growth. Who I am I'm California Licensed Psychotherapist (LMFT131555). I live in San Diego with my husband and two sons. I love the ocean, traveling and meeting new people from all walks of life. I'm bilingual and offer services in English and Urdu/Hindi. How I work I‘m a client centered therapist and believe in every child, teen and adult’s ability at being the most suitable navigator of their own lives. At the same time, I acknowledge the tools and expertise I have acquired through my educational and professional experience that can be utilized to steer clients when they hit road blocks and challenge them to push their own limits. I use empirically proven therapeutic modalities and empower clients towards self discovery and acceptance. The therapeutic relationship is a collaborative partnership between the clients and myself where both of us are present and ready to tackle the challenges together. In our work together we will create collaborative therapeutic goals that address your unique circumstances and aspirations.

Good Faith Estimate
You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical and mental health care will cost. Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the expected charges for medical services, including psychotherapy services. You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency healthcare services, including psychotherapy services. You can ask your health care provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule a service. If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill. Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate. For questions or more information about your right to a Good Faith Estimate, visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises.
